At Chilled Paws, we want you and your pets to love every order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item

We’ll send a replacement or refund if approved.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and pet safety reasons, used pet products may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
